The Sober AF Code of Conduct

Radical Honesty, Relentless Openness

We show up as we are. No masks, no filters, no shame.

We speak our truths, even when it’s hard.

We listen, even when it’s uncomfortable.

We believe honesty is the foundation of real connection, and openness is the spark that keeps our community alive.

Transparency is Our Superpower

We don’t hide behind closed doors or have a secret handshake (yet). We share our stories, our struggles, and our wins, because we know someone out there needs to hear them.

We believe that transparency breaks down walls and builds bridges.

Many Paths, One Community

There’s no single way to heal. Whether you found freedom through a program, a practice, a promise, or pure stubbornness - it’s valid.

We don’t rank journeys or judge choices. If you’re here, you belong.

Zero Tolerance for Hate

This is a safe space. We do not tolerate bullying, hate, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, or any form of prejudice. Ever.

If you can’t respect that, this isn’t the place for you.

What's Shared Here, Stays Here

Your stories, struggles, and victories are sacred.
What you share in our community stays within our community.

We protect each other's privacy and honour the trust placed in us when someone opens their heart.

Because confidentiality isn't just a rule, it's how radical honesty can safely flourish.

Respect, Always

Every person here matters. Every story counts.
We treat each other with respect, even when we disagree. We honour boundaries, celebrate differences, and remember that kindness is always a non-negotiable.

Strength in Numbers

We believe in the power of community. We lift each other up, hold each other accountable, and remind each other that none of us has to do this alone.

Together, we’re unstoppable.

We Call Each Other In, Not Out

We’re all learning. When someone messes up, we address it with compassion and clarity. We hold each other accountable, not to shame, but to grow.

So that’s it, you don’t need permission to be here. You just need to show up. Honest, open, and ready to be part of something bigger.
